Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.

This anticipatory bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1176of 2013, under sections 384, 498, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Lakhansi, District Mau.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in this case she is innocent and has committed no offence and applicant is a lady. F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2013 and charge sheet was submitted in the year 2014 and it was challenged before this court by other co-accused persons and proceedings of the case were stayed by this court but on account of impact of the judgment of Asian Reserfacing of Road Agency Vs. C.B.I. the stay of proceedings came to an end and the proceedings in the aforesaid case are now going on. The offences said to be committed by the present applicant are punishable with sentence less than seven years, therefore requested for direction to the court concerned for bail in the light of latest the law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another LL 2021 SC 550.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perusal of record, it is directed that if applicant appears and moves bail/recall application before the court concerned within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible in the light of the law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another LL 2021 SC 550.
