Heard learned counsel for and Shri Krishna Viswakarma, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Risabh Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

Sri Krishna Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court dated 16.02.2022 has been complied with and the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
