This petition seeks review of judgment and order dated 15.03.2023 passed by the Court whereby the special appeal filed by the review-applicant against the order of learned Single Judge dated 23.09.2021 was dismissed.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the review-applicant that the fact that the review-applicant even on the date of advertisement was not eligible for the reason that she was 45 years and one day old if his date of birth is taken to be 04.07.1962, has incorrectly been recorded in the order under review for the reason that as per the advertisement, age was to be reckoned up to 01.07.2007 and not up to 05.07.2007.

It is true that if the age for the purposes of eligibility is to be reckoned up to 01.07.2007, the review-applicant was below 45 years of age, however, that in itself will not wash off the wrong information submitted by her, not only in the application form but also in the marksheet submitted by her in respect of the date of birth.

It is not a case where the review-applicant was not provided any opportunity of explaining and showing cause, rather it is a case where the review-applicant has admitted that her actual date of birth is 04.07.1962 as per the record and has also not been able to controvert the report of the Principal of the Institution, dated 01.07.2021.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, we do not find any good ground for entertaining this application for review, which is accordingly dismissed.
