It is argued that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by judgment dated 27.07.2021 passe in Writ (C) No. 15477 of 2021.

The parties agreed that the issue is similar. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as contained in the judgment dated 22.07.2021.

The benefits granted to the petitioner therein shall accrue in favour of the petitioner also.

Present petition stands disposed off accordingly.
