Sri Zubair Hasan, learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Alok Saran, learned A.G.A. for the State and Ms. Ishu Dubey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties No.5 to 7 are present.
The instant criminal revision has been filed by the first informant in Case Crime No.236 of 2013 for summoning some of the accused persons, namely, Yashwant, Balram @ Pintu and Puja under Section 319, which came to be dismissed vide order dated 11.08.2015 passed by the then Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Faizabad.
Learned counsel for opposite parties No.5 to 7 has brought on record the judgment of Sessions Trial No.26 of 2014 (State vs. Manoj Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No.236 of 2013.
From a perusal of copy of the said judgment, it appears that the Sessions Trial No.26 of 2014 has been concluded and the judgment has already been pronounced on 06.02.2018 acquitting the other persons who were tried as an accused in aforesaid sessions trial.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
