1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of the summoning order dated 20.07.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate-II, Gonda in Case No.98 of 2014 under Sections 452, 323, 504, 379 IPC, Police Station Umari Begumganj, District Gonda as well as order dated 22.02.2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge E.C. Act, Gonda in Criminal Revision No.334 of 2015.
3. I have gone through the impugned order and do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings.
4. This petition being devoid of merit and substance is hereby dismissed. However, if the petitioners surrender before the trial Court within a period of 10 days and apply for regular bail, their bail application shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously keeping in mind the order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.
