Sri Shivanand Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. which are being remanded by the impugned order passed by the Revisional Court be decided expeditiously after considering the submissions as well as objections of both the parties and judgments of Supreme Court as well as of this Court.
Sri Purushottam Dixit, learned counsel appearing for opposite party No.2 has no objection if such application be disposed of with said observations.
Considering the above submissions and without interfering in the impugned order, this application is disposed of with a direction that Court concerned shall conclude the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., after considering the rival submissions (documentary and oral), if any, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
