1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed against judgement and ordera dated 16.11.2000 and 13.12.2000 passed by Ist Additional Session Judge/Human Right Judge, Kanpur Dehat in Criminal Case No.42 of 2000 (Ashish Katiyar and others Versus Sukh Sagar) ex parte directing the transfer of revisionist from the post of S.H.O., Police Station Bilhaur, District Kanpur Dehat.Being aggrieved, revisionist preferred present revision.
3. The office has shown this criminal revision as defective as certified copy of the impugned orders is wanting. Still the defect has not been removed by the revisionist.
4. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
5. Criminal revision is dismissed.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
