This revision is filed against the judgment and order dated 10.06.1993 passed by Sri C.K. Tyagi, CJM, Ghaziabad in Case No.2691 of 1992 (State Vs. Dilip Mishra and others), under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sector - 20 Noida, District Ghaziabad by which the learned trial court although convicted the respondent no.1 but released on probation.

Being aggrieved with the aforesaid order, this revision has been filed.

This revision is pertaining to year 1992 in which alleged incident as indicated in the FIR was occurred in the year 1985.

Due to efflux of time this revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
