1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision and the delay condonation application. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed against judgement and order dated 18.11.1995 passed by III Additional District Judge, Deoria in Criminal Appeal No.16 of 1995 setting aside the judgement and order dated 11.09.1995 passed by Ist Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Deoria convicting respondent nos. 1 to 3 in Criminal Case No.940 of 1990 whereby the accused-respondent nos. 1 to 3 convicted and sentenced of the offences under Sections 323, 324 and 504 I.P.C.. Being aggrieved, revisionist preferred present revision with some delay.
3. This revision has been filed beyond time by 143 days.
4. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
5. Criminal revision as well as delay condonation application are dismissed.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
