The parties have agreed upon settlement of this appeal on the following terms and conditions:

"1). That the present appeal has been filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of the judgment/award dated 24.01.2020 passed by Additional Commissioner, Kanpur Region, in EC No. 28 of 2017.

2) The appellant no, 2 and 3/respondent no??.shall be entitled to get interest @ 12% from 11.04.2013 to 24.01.2020 i.e. the date of judgment awarded towards in full and final satisfaction of his/their claim from appellant/respondent no. 1.

3). The amount already deposited/received shall be adjusted towards the total amount due.

4). The amount due as above shall be deposited/paid through cheque within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court failing which interest @ 12% P.A. shall accrue from such date till payment."

That nothing beyond the above shall be payable to the Claimants by the Insurance Company.

That the said settlement/compromise is being arrived at between the parties through mutual consent, of their own free will and without any undue influence/coercion.

Parties to act as per compromise deed.

This appeal is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.
