Heard learned counsel for the applicant/State respondents on Delay Condonation Application No.13 of 2021.

For condonation of delay of 1117 days in filing Review Application, the applicants/State respondents have filed the aforesaid Delay Condonation Application No.13 of 2021 alongwith an affidavit.

In the affidavit the applicants/ State respondents themselves have stated that the Writ Petition was decided by judgment and order dated 28.11.2017 against which the applicants/respondents have filed Special Appeal Defective No.744 of 2018 which was dismissed by the Division Bench by order dated 24.02.2020. Against the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 24.02.2020 the applicants/respondents have filed Special Leave Petition No.12075 of 2020 which was dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court by Order dated 16.10.2020. Thereafter the applicants/State respondents have filed the Review Application No.12 of 2021 in the year 2021.

The aforesaid judgment dated 28.11.2017 has merged with the judgment passed by the Division Bench and thereafter even SLP was dismissed. It is after dismissal of the SLP, the applicants have filed the present Review Application.

The cause shown for delay is not sufficient. Therefore, the Delay Condonaton Application is rejected. Consequently the Review Application No.12 of 2021 also stands rejected.
