Exemption Application No.1 of 2022  3.       For the reasons stated in the application, filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment is exempted.   4.       Application is disposed of.   On Appeal       5.       By means of present appeal challenge has been made to the order dated May 7, 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby writ petition was dismissed raising a challenge to the answer key to certain questions in the examination to fill up the vacancies of the post for Assistant Teachers in different schools run by the Basic Siksha Parishad in State of Uttar Pradesh.   6.       The learned counsel for the parties are agreed that issue in the present appeal has already been examined by the Division Bench of this Court vide detailed judgement in Special Appeal Defective No. 343 of 2021 (Abhishek Srivastava and 14 others Vs. State of UP and 2 others) dated August 25, 2021 and the present appeal can be disposed of in terms thereof.  7.       In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Abhishek Srivastava and 14 others (supra).
