1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the impugned Charge Sheet dated 2.9.2020 including entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.8657 of 2021 (State vs. Rishi Pal) arising out of Case Crime No.173 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. - Salempur, District - Bulandshahar, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D./Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Bulandshahar.

3. Learned counsel for applicant, at the outset, on instructions, submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in the application. However, Counsel submits that applicant is ready to appear before Trial Court and prayed that Trial Court be directed to consider his bail application in terms of judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another; (2021) 10 SCC 773.

4. Learned A.G.A. for State has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.

5. In view of above, prayers made in this application are rejected. However, the application is disposed of with the direction to the applicant to surrender before the concerned Trial Court and file bail application and Trial Court is directed to decide the same strictly in terms of the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (Supra).
