(1) Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayer:-

"1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Opposite parties No.1 to 5 no to compel the petitioner to leave his physical and cultivatory possession from the land in dispute in the light of the impugned order dated 30.05.2022 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No.23, Pratapgarh, till the filing of first Appeal on behalf of the petitioner side."

(3) From the pleadings on record, it is apparent that the Original Suit No.701 of 1984 [Jagat Prasad Vs. Prabhawati @ Prabhu & Others] was decided by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No.23, Pratapgarh, on 30.05.2022. The petitioner has not yet filed any Appeal against such judgment and order dated 30.05.2022. He has therefore filed this petition with the aforesaid prayer.

(4) The petition being totally misconceived is dismissed as such.
