Heard Shri Amar Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri K.K. Rajbhar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Vishal Kumar Valmiki in Case Crime No. 801 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station - Jalalabad, District - Shahjahanpur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In case bail application is filed by the learned counsel for the applicant, the same shall be decided in accordance with the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
The present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
