Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present case is similar to the one involved in Writ C No.16181 of 2022 as 12 revisions of different parties with regard to same proceedings have come to be decided by a common judgment passed by the Commissioner, Mirzapur on 19.07.2021. He submits that in the said petition, notices have been issued and counter affidavits have been invited and interim protection has also been granted.

Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha could not dispute the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, this petition is directed to be listed along with Writ C No.16181 of 2022 (Nagendra vs. State of UP & others) on the date fixed on the said case.

Issue notice to respondent no.5 returnable within six weeks.

Steps for service be taken within ten days.

Parties are directed to exchange their affidavits in this case as well.

In the meanwhile, until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the order dated 19.07.2021 passed by the respondent no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Vindhyanchal Mandal, Mirzapur, and so also the order dated 16.02.2021 passed by respondent no.3 namely the Collector/District Magistrate, Mirzapur (Annexure nos.8 & 6 to the writ petition) shall remain stayed.
