No one appears on behalf of the accused-respondent even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list.

This is a government appeal against the acquittal of the respondent-accused against the judgment and order dated 02.04.1991 passed by III Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad in Special Trial No. 2 of 1987.

Vide order dated bailable warrants were issued against accused-respondent as there was no representation on his behalf.

As per report of the CJM, Allahabad dated 19.12.2022 it is informed that accused-respondent has died while living in Jaunpur.

Perused the report of the CJM concerned.

In these circumstances, the present government appeal be consigned to records.
