Heard Sri Anoop Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the revisionists and Sri Manoj Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the learned additional Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Gonda in S.T. No. 729/2022 (State Vs. Firoz and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 85/2022, under Section 304, 323 504, 506 I.P.C. I have gone through the impugned order passed by the court below and also perused the record. I have also considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the revisionist could not point out any illegality or infirmity in the judgment and order passed by the court below.
In view of the above, after having gone through the order under challenge, this Court comes to the conclusion that the same need no interference as there is no illegality or infirmity in the order under challenge, therefore, the present revision is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed.
