Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal has been filed by the appellant praying to set aside the judgment and order dated 15.11.2022 in Case No. 399 of 2017 (Arun Kumar Vs. Archana), passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Etawah, whereby the application 18-Ka under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the defendant-respondent, has been partly allowed directing the plaintiff-appellant to pay Rs. 3000/- per month to the defendant-respondent towards interim maintenance of the defendant-respondent and two children. Apart from above, Rs. 4,000/- has been directed to be paid towards the legal expenses.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we find that the impugned order of the court below directing the appellant to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month and lump sum amount of Rs. 4,000/- towards legal expenses is not excessive. The appeal is totally frivolous and, therefore, deserves to be dismissed, at the admission stage.

For all the reasons aforestated, the appeal is dismissed.
