Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to grant pension and other terminal benefits of petitioners by counting their services from date of initial appointment from the state i.e. from 28.02.1992, within some stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in respect of a similarly placed employee Writ - A No.8491 of 2020 (Surendra Nath Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.) was filed which was disposed off on 14.12.2020 containing directions therein.
Considering the fact that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the said judgment in the case of Surendra Nath Singh (supra), the present petition is also disposed off on the same terms and conditions and the reasoning as contained in the judgment dated 14.12.2020 passed in the case of Surendra Nath Singh (supra).
This order shall apply to both the petitioners.
