This is an application for correction in the judgment and order dated 06.12.2022 passed in this case.

Heard. The typographical error is apparent in the said order. In the 4th line of the 2nd paragraph of the said order after the words "POCSO Act" the words "and under section 3(2)(v), SC/ST Act" have been left from typing. The application is allowed.

Let the words "and under section 3(2)(v), SC/ST Act" be also read and understood after the words "POCSO Act" in the 4th line of the 2nd paragraph of the said order. The order dated 06.12.2022 stands corrected accordingly.
