This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 29.4.2015 passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No.3, Mathura in special S.T. No.320 of 2014 (State of U.P. vs. Sonu) under sections 363, 366, 376, 368 IPC and 3(1) 10 S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Baldev, District Mathura by which discharge application has been rejected.
Perused the impugned order by which, there appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. Matter is 7 years old. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionist has lost interest in the matter and does not want to pursue the matter further.
In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
Inform court concerned through District Judge, Mathura, to proceed further in the matter, if pending.
