This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 7.3.2006 by which the revisionists have been summoned in complaint case no.2893 of 2006, under Sections 452, 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC, pending before the ACJM, Court No.3 Binjor, P.S. Nahtaur, District Bijnor.

Perused the impugned order by which, there appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. Matter is 16 years old. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionists have lost interest in the matter and do not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
