1. This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed, seeking quashing of the order dated 29th November, 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, MP/MLA, Court No. 13, Sultanpur in Special Sessions Trial No. 156 of 2016 (State Vs. Shivkumar Singh and others), arising out of Crime No.0113 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 352, 336, 353, 427, 504, 506 and 171-F IPC read with Sections 3(1)(X) SCST (PA) Act, lodged at Police Station Kurebhar, District Sultapur.

2. Vide the said impugned order, application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 311 CrPC for summoning defence witness, Virenda Pratap Singh has been rejected.

3. Mr. Shukhdev Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the learned trial Court has pronounced the final judgment after concluding the trial.

4. In view of above submission advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application has been rendered infructuous and, therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous at this stage itself.
