Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri O.P. Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent no.1.
Compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State from which it is revealed that the criminal case arising out of this matter i.e. case crime no.188 of 2019, under Section 307 I.P.C. stands decided by judgment and order dated 26.08.2022. Copy of the order passed by the J.J.Board is annexed as Annexure-1 to the compliance affidavit. It is revealed that juvenile was ordered to be detained in observation home for three years.
It is submitted on behalf of the revisionist that period of three years detention has already completed. Now he has been released. Therefore, he does not wish to press this criminal revision filed for grant of bail.
In view of the above, this criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
