This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order 29.7.2016 passed Additional District & Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court, Family Court No.2,Ghaziabad in Case No.306 of 2013 by which the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed.

Perused the impugned order by which, there appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. Matter is 6 years old. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionist has lost interest in the matter and does not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
