Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
The contention of the Counsel for the petitioners is that the disputes with regard to the membership of the Society and subsequent elections held thereto have already been delegated before the Deputy Registrar by means of a judgment dated 18.07.2022 passed in Special Appeal No335 of 2022 (Shahabuddin Khan and others vs Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits Ayodhya and others).
In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off with a direction that all the issues shall be open to be considered before the Deputy Registrar in terms of the judgment passed in Special Appeal No.335 of 2022.
