Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 3 to make fair and proper investigation in Case Crime No. 46/2022 under sections 452, 376D, I.P.C., P.S. Barasagwar, District Unnao.

Let the petitioner approach the opposite party no. 2/Superintendent of Police, Unnao, who shall ensure fair, prompt and impartial investigation in the said case crime number. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, she may approach the Judicial Magistrate concerned in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & ors., (2008) 2 SCC 409. With these observations/directions this writ petition is disposed of.
