Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

This revision through the present revisionists under section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 25.1.2022 passed by Addl. District and Sessions Judge FTC-II, Hapur in Criminal appeal No. 62 of 2019 (Vikas and others Vs. State and another) against the judgment and order dated 28.6.2019 passed by judicial Magistrate, Garhmuktehwr, District Hapur in Complaint Case No. 501 of 2008, under sections 452, 3323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Simbhawali, District Hapur whereby accused sentenced under sections 451, 323 PC for the terms of one year in probation .

After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned orders as well as material brought on record, I am of the view that impugned orders are based upon relevant consideration and supported by cogent reason, the same do not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence, no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.

The revision lacks merit. It is liable to be dismissed and is, accordingly dismissed.
