Shri Yashwant Verma, appears for the respondents.

He has pointed out from the prayer clause that the petitioner had challenged the select list dated 15.09.2003 published by the Registrar General of this Court for promotion of Class IV Employees for the post of Routine Grade Clerk.

This Court had only observed that the pleadings be exchanged between the parties and selection and appointment, if any, shall abide by the final judgment in this writ petition and because of the examination which was conducted and kept in a sealed cover to be produced before the Court whenever the matter is next listed.

The pleadings have been exchanged in the matter but from the order-sheet it appears that no effective interim relief was ever granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
