Sri Ajay Kumar Gupta, Engineer in Chief, All India Radio, New Delhi is present in person before this Court.

Sri Surya Bhan Pandey, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Varun Pandey has filed an affidavit of compliance on behalf of respondent (which is taken on record) enclosing therein the decision taken on the representation of the petitioner, as directed by this Court vide its judgment/order dated 30.06.2021 passed in W.P. No. 13281 (S/S) of 2021 and has submitted that order of this Court has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 30.06.2021 has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, thus, the present case may be dismissed as infructuous.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the affidavit filed by respondent, it is found that since it has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the judgment/order dated 30.06.2021 passed in W.P. No. 13281 (S/S) of 2021 has sufficiently been complied with, it will not be necessary any more to pursue the case, hence, the present case is finally disposed of.

Notice issued is hereby discharged and the bailable warrant issued is recalled.

The presence of Sri Ajay Kumar Gupta, Engineer in Chief, All India Radio, New Delhi is exempted.
