1. None appears for the revisionist to press this revision even in the revised call.
2. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State-respondent.
3. Present revision under section 397 Cr.P.C. read with section 401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 27-01-2010 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, district-Faizabad in Criminal Appeal No. 75 of 2008, preferred by the revisionist being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Faizabad in Complaint Case No. 359/2008, under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005.
4. Learned Magistrate a well as learned Appellate Court have concurrently held that respondent no. 2 was subjected to cruelty and aggrieved by harassment and cruelty, she went to her parents' place.
5. Learned Magistrate directed for payment of Rs. 2,000/- per month under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which has been upheld by learned Appellate Court.
6. This court in exercise of its jurisdiction under section 397 Cr.P.C. readwith section 401 Cr.P.C. does not find that learned two courts below have committed any error of law or jurisdiction, which requires interference by this court in the impugned orders and therefore, present revision fails, which is hereby dismissed.
