The petitioner claims that the investigation in Case Crime No. 0568 of 2020, under Sections 506, 504, 406 and 420 IPC, Police Station Raunahi, District Ayodhya is not being held and completed in a fair and objective manner in-spite of FIR having been lodged on 09.12.2020.
The petitioner shall approach the Superintendent of Police, Ayodhya, who shall look into the matter, verify the facts and do the needful so as to ensure fair, impartial, objective and proper investigation in the matter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can approach the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate concerned in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409 whereupon the Magistrate shall do the needful in light of the aforesaid decision.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
