1. In compliance of the order dated 25.7.2022 passed by this Court, parties are not present. Therefore, this Court is proceed to decide the case on merit on the basis of the averments made in the petition.

2. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of charge sheet no.66 of 2019, dated 10.11.2019 as well as the summoning order dated 4.1.2020 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.952 of 2020, State Vs. Ravindra Kumar and others, arising out of Case Crime No.0081 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Faizabad, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Faizabad.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to surrender before the trial court and apply for regular bail. Only prayer is that while considering the bail application of the petitioners, trial Court should take into consideration order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and others: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court within a period of ten days and apply for regular bail. Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners in accordance with law and also take into account the order of the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).
