Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Standing Counsel.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 05.08.2020 passed in Writ-A No.5506 of 2020 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicants.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by opposite party no.1 deciding the representation of the applicants.
However, if the applicants are aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, he may avail remedy available to him in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
