As these three appeals arise out of a common judgment dated 14.12.2021 passed in Writ-A No. 5913 of 2021, they are being disposed of by this common order:

At the outset, it has been submitted by the counsel for the parties that some other appeals were also preferred by some of the candidates which have been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 4.3.2022 in Special Appeal Defective No. 53 of 2022 (Vikash Tiwari and others vs. State of U.P. and others).

In view of the statements made by the parties, the present appeals are also disposed of in terms of the order dated 4.3.2022 passed in Special Appeal Defective No.53 of 2022.
