Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J.

List has been revised. No one appears for the petitioner.

However, the Court has perused the record.

This is a plaintiff's petition challenging the order dated 19.11.2004 passed by the Civil Judge(Junior Division) in Original Suit No. 62 of 2003 whereby the trial court has dismissed the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner as well as against the order dated 25.10.2008 passed by the Additional District Judge, Hamirpur dismissing the Civil Appeal No.30 of 2004 filed against the order of the trial court.

The findings of the trial court recorded in the impugned judgments are concurrent findings of facts recorded after considering the available material.

There is no perversity or illegality in the orders passed by the courts below so as to occasion any interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
