Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant has alleged the violation of order of Writ Court dated 24.01.2019 passed in Writ-B No.5868 of 2018. Relevant extract of the impugned order reads as under:
"Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed, the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by the Board of Revenue U.P. at Allahabad is set aside as having been passed without jurisdiction or at least passed exercising jurisdiction conferred by a circular, which circular is in the teeth of and contrary to Section 230(2)(e) and Section 231 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006."
The perusal of the order of Writ Court discloses that there was no direction to the opposite party which the opposite parties were to carry out in compliance of the order of Writ Court.
It is submitted that despite detailed order passed by this Court dated 24.01.2019 the opposite party has issued a fresh circular in the teeth of the judgment of this Court dated 24.01.2019.
