List has been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the applicant whereas Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, Brief Holder is present on behalf of State.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 21.02.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 11336 of 2014 (Vindhyachal Tripathi vs. State of U.P. and other).
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
However, in case, any relief still survives in the present application, the applicant shall be at liberty to file application for revival of the present application.
