Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 09.02.2022, opposite party no.1 is present before this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 23.09.2021 passed in Writ-C No.21491 of 2021 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by opposite party deciding the representation of the applicant.
However, if the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, he may avail remedy available to him in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
