It is stated by Sri Yatindra, learned counsel for the opposite party that judgment of this Court dated 03.08.2021 passed in Writ-A No.8316 of 2021 has been complied with.
In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 25.04.2022 passed by appellate authority deciding the appeal of the applicant.
However, if the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, he may avail remedy available to him in law.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
