This revision under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 15.12.2010 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghaziabad in Original Suit No.235 of 2006, whereby the application 102-Ga filed by the plaintiff-revisionist for recalling the ex-parte order dated 19.10.2010 and for summoning the Commissioner, Amin has been rejected.

I have perused the order and the material on record.

I find that the order impugned needs no interference by this Court.

Revision is dismissed, accordingly.
