This appeal has been filed by sole appellant Sanjay Kumar alias Guddu against the judgment and order dated 30.09.1994, passed by Sessions Judge, Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No.454 of 1992 connected with Sessions Trial No.455 of 1992 convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to imprisonment for life and under Section 25 Arms Act one year R.I., respectively.

The office has submitted report dated 16.04.2022 that a letter (Flagged 'A') has been received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur that the appellant has died 26-27 years ago. The letter of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur dated 15.11.2021 is accompanied by documents as also police report and the statement of Sub-Inspector, Chauki Prabhari Jadoda Panda, police station Badgaon, district Saharanpur in respect of death of sole appellant Sanjay Kumar alias Guddu.

In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
