Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned A.G.A. and Sri Moeez Uddin, learned for O.P. No. 3 and perused the record.

The present crl revision is being preferred against the judgment and orders dated 14.10.2015 and 10.11.2015 passed by S.D.M. (Sadar, Gautam Budh Nagar in Case No. 4/15 under section 145 Cr.P.C. in between State and Mange Ram as first party and Sunpat and others as second party.

From the perusal of the record, it transpired that under section 146(1) Cr.P.C., S.D.M. is competent to pass or revise his order. Therefore, both the parties are directed to appear before the concerned S.D.M. and file an appropriate application, in case such an application is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With this observation, this application is disposed of.
