This revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 16.07.1999 passed by the 6th Additional District Judge, Aligarh whereby the application of revisionist under Section 92 C.P.C. was rejected.

I have perused the judgment and order dated 16.07.1999 and find that the court below has not committed any irregularity in passing the order impugned and no interference is required by this Court in the said order.

Revision lacks merit and is dismissed, accordingly.
