Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in this case has been settled by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.23780 of 2014, Markandey Singh and Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors, decided on 6.11.2019 and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for filing a fresh representation along with a copy of judgment in the case of Markandey Singh and Ors, (supra).

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
