Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Mr. Vishal Dixit, learned counsel for petitioner informs that under similar facts and circumstances, this Court vide order dated 23.2.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 5186 (MB) of 2021 has disposed of the writ petition in terms of the judgment and order dated 7.8.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 5055 (MB) of 2019 (M/s Bansal Wire Industries Ltd. v. State of U.P. and others) and other connected petitions. The petitioner is also entitled to get parity of the said order.
Learned standing counsel appearing for opposite parties no. 1 and 2 does not dispute the aforesaid position.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of in the same terms and conditions as in the judgment and order dated 7.8.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 5055 (MB) of 2021 (M/s Bansal Wire Industries Ltd. Vs. State of U.P. and others).
