Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri Zulfikar Naqvi, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rohit Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

There is consensus at the Bar that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court delivered in Writ Petition No. PIL Civil 6929 of 2021 (Ajay Kumar vs. State of U.P.) decided on 15.3.2021.

Considering the aforesaid consensus present petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners of this petition shall also be entitled to the benefit as provided to the petitioners in judgment of Ajay Kumar (supra).
