1. This application seeks condonation of delay of in filing the criminal revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act read with Section 397/401 CrPC against the judgment and order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the IInd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No.629 of 2013 under Section by means of which the application filed by the revisionist for expert opinion on thumb impression put on Nikahnama filed by respondent no. 2 has been rejected.

2. I have gone through the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof.

3. The delay of 197 days has been sought to be condoned.

4. I find no ground to condone the delay.

5. Thus, the application is rejected.

Since the application for condonation of delay has been rejected, the memo of revision is also dismissed.
